- Valid government ID mandatory
- Route subject to weather & road conditions
- Any damage caused due to negligence is chargeable
Cancellation 15 days or more before the trip start date:
➝ 70% refund of the total tour cost
➝ Minimum ₹3,000 per booking will be deducted as service charges
Cancellation within 15 days of the trip start date:
➝ No refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
No refund for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
In case of weather disruptions, road closures, or government restrictions, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Clip on Trip.
