You understand and accept that travel and tourism, particularly in mountainous or rural regions, involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Natural Hazards: Weather changes, landslides, floods, avalanches, or other natural disasters.
• Adventure Activities: Risks associated with trekking, skiing, rafting, paragliding, or similar activities (if offered), such as injury, falls, or equipment failure.
• Health Risks: Altitude sickness, fatigue, or medical emergencies in remote areas with limited access to healthcare.
• Third-Party Services: Delays, cancellations, or failures by airlines, buses, cabs, hotels, or other providers.
• Personal Property: Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

Clip on Trip does not guarantee the absence of these risks and is not liable for any resulting harm, loss, or inconvenience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No Responsibility for External Factors: Clip on Trip is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, holidays, closures of monuments/institutions, or other factors beyond our control. This includes third-party transportation cancellations (e.g., buses or cabs).
• Personal Injury or Loss: We are not liable for any physical injury, emotional distress, death, property damage, or financial loss you may experience during your trip, whether caused by natural events, third-party providers, or your own actions.
• Program Adjustments: We may alter tour itineraries for safety or operational reasons (e.g., weather, roadblocks). Such changes do not entitle you to compensation or refunds (see Refund Policy).
• Maximum Liability: In any case where liability is legally imposed, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Clip on Trip collaborates with third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, local guides) to deliver our services. We do not own, operate, or control these providers and are not liable for their actions, omissions, or failures, including:

• Cancellations or delays in transportation.
• Substandard accommodations or services.
• Accidents or injuries caused by their equipment or personnel.

You agree to address any issues with third-party providers directly with them.

By booking and participating in our services, you:

• Voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and any activities included in your package.
• Acknowledge that you are responsible for assessing your physical and mental fitness for the trip, especially for adventure activities.
• Agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Clip on Trip staff or guides. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the tour without refund.

You hereby waive, release, and discharge Clip on Trip, its employees, affiliates, agents, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or legal actions arising from:

• Personal injury, illness, or death during your trip.
• Loss or damage to personal property.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary or services.

This waiver applies even if the harm is caused by negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If your booking includes high-risk activities (e.g., trekking, skiing, rafting), you may be required to sign an additional activity-specific waiver before participation. These activities carry elevated risks, and Clip on Trip is not liable for accidents, injuries, or equipment issues, even if provided by us or our partners.

Clip on Trip is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or road closures. In such cases, we may adjust or cancel services without compensation (see Booking Policy).

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings. Clip on Trip does not provide insurance and is not responsible for losses if you choose not to obtain it.

This Liability Waiver/Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manali, Himachal Pradesh, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

By booking with Clip on Trip or participating in our services, you confirm that:
