3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Sightseeing and Transportation Segments: No refunds will be issued for unused sightseeing or transportation portions of a tour package, including buses, cabs, or other travel arrangements.
  • Weather or Road-Related Cancellations: We are not responsible for cancellations of buses, cabs, or other transportation due to bad weather, poor road conditions, or other external factors beyond our control. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
  • Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify the tour program due to weather conditions, holidays, or closures of historic monuments or institutions to ensure a smooth excursion. No refunds will be issued for such adjustments.

4. Air Conditioning in Hilly Areas

Air conditioning (AC) is not provided in hilly areas as a standard practice due to operational constraints. No refunds or discounts will be offered for the absence of AC in these regions.

5. Booking Confirmation and Availability

All bookings, including transportation, accommodations, and sightseeing, are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. If any component is unavailable, we will attempt to offer alternatives. No refunds will be guaranteed if alternatives are declined.

6. Cancellation by Client

If you (the client) choose to cancel your booking for any reason—including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount—the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 30 Days or More Prior to Departure: You must inform us at least 30 days in advance via email (info@clipontrip.com) or phone (+91 9317000608) to request a cancellation, postponement, or advancement of your booking. A partial refund may be considered, subject to deduction of cancellation fees outlined below.
  • Less Than 30 Days Prior to Departure: Cancellation charges will be applied as determined by Clip on Trip, up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on the timing and circumstances.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Any advance payments or deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Cancellation charges will vary based on third-party provider policies (e.g., hotels, transportation services) and administrative costs incurred by Clip on Trip.

7. Changes Due to Unforeseen Events

Extra charges may apply for unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, roadblocks, or sudden operational changes. These costs are not refundable and must be borne by the client. No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by such events.

8. Modifications to Package Costing

Clip on Trip reserves the right to adjust package costs due to increases in taxes, tariffs on hotels, transportation, or other services. If such changes occur after booking confirmation:

  • You will be notified of the updated cost.
  • No refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel due to the revised pricing.

9. Refund Process

  • Eligibility: Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed for cases explicitly outlined in this policy or agreed upon in writing at the time of booking.
  • Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@clipontrip.com within 7 days of the cancellation or incident, including booking details and supporting documentation (if applicable).
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Non-Transferable: Refunds cannot be exchanged for other services or transferred to another booking unless agreed otherwise.

10. Force Majeure

Clip on Trip is not liable for refunds in cases of cancellations, delays, or changes due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics. Affected bookings may be rescheduled at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.
