Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip start date:
➝ 70% refund of the total tour cost
➝ Minimum ₹3,000 per booking will be deducted as cancellation/service charges
Cancellation within 15 days of the trip start date:
➝ No refund

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email.
The ₹3,000 service charge is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
No refund for no-shows, early departure, or unused services.
In case of weather issues, road closures, or government restrictions, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Clip on Trip.
This policy applies to all tours, expeditions, group departures, and customized trips, unless mentioned otherwise.
