Cancellation & Refund
Policy Details
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Hotel reservations, transfers, tours, and other land arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellation made 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made 15 to 29 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
Visa & Flight Policy
- Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa application process has been initiated.
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. Clip On Trip shall not be responsible for visa rejection, delays, or additional documentation requirements.
- International and domestic flight cancellation charges will be applicable as per airline policies.
- Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, tours, ferries, cruises, transfers, or other overseas suppliers will be charged additionally wherever applicable.
Important Notes
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving refunds from the respective airlines, hotels, or suppliers.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows, denied boarding, missed flights, unused services, or early departures.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion charges, and foreign exchange losses are non-refundable.
- In case of natural disasters, political unrest, airline disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or any force majeure event, cancellation and refund policies will be governed by the respective airline, hotel, and supplier terms and conditions.
- Package rates are subject to currency fluctuations and supplier revisions until full payment is received.
Payment Policy
- 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance payment must be cleared at least 21 days prior to departure.
- Final travel vouchers and travel documents will be issued only after full payment has been received.
