Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip start date:
➝ 70% refund of the total tour cost
➝ Minimum ₹3,000 per booking will be deducted as cancellation/service charges
Cancellation within 15 days of the trip start date:
➝ No refund

- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email.
- The ₹3,000 service charge is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- No refund for no-shows, early departure, or unused services.
- In case of weather issues, road closures, or government restrictions, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Clip on Trip.
- This policy applies to all tours, expeditions, group departures, and customized trips, unless mentioned otherwise.
