  • Overnight in Leh Distance: Airport to hotel – 3-5 km Altitude: 3,500 m

  • Booking Confirmation: 50% advance payment required to confirm your spot. Balance due 7 days before departure
  • Travel Mode: Private SUV/Traveler (non-AC in hills)
  • Accommodation: Twin sharing in 3-star guesthouses/tents. Single occupancy on request
  • Group Size: Max 10 participants per group for a personal experience
  • Health & Fitness: Participants must be fit for high altitude travel (up to 14,000 ft)
  • Itinerary Flexibility: Route & schedule may change due to weather, roadblocks, or monastery permissions
  • In Case of Force Majeure: No liability for delays or loss due to natural causes (snowfall, floods, etc.)

Refund Policy

If canceled by traveler:

  • 15+ days prior: 100% refund (minus ₹4,000 processing fee)
  • 7–15 days prior: 50% refund
  • <7 days: No refund

If canceled due to roadblocks/weather:

  • 50% refund for the affected part or full trip shift to alternate dates (based on availability)

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

  • Weather: Day 15–20°C; Night 5–8°C
  • Altitude Sickness: Drink water, rest well, avoid smoking/alcohol
  • Packing Tips: Woolens, windcheater, sunscreen, sturdy shoes

  • Photography: Respect monastery rules, especially during rituals
